We give each client's case the special attention it deserves. We understand the importance of letting clients know the status of their cases. Telephone calls from our clients are returned a soon as possible. Copies of documents produced in their case are promptly sent to them.

We honor the confidences of our clients. Information which they provide is not discussed with others without our clients' permission.

We stress the prevention of legal problems through advance planning. Examples of this include wills and trusts, business and real estate agreements, and general advice. We encourage our clients to schedule an appointment for the specific legal questions they have.

Jim Carfagno, Jr. began his private practice in Russellville, AR in 1987. From 1984 to 1987 he was in private practice in Atlanta, GA. His earlier legal experience includes representation of consumer groups in electricity and telephone rate increase hearings before the Arkansas Public Service Commission, working as a lobbyist with the Arkansas Legislature, and serving as managing attorney for Central Arkansas Legal Services in Pine Bluff, AR.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with an engineering degree. He recieved his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, California, and Georgia. He is a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association), the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association. He has served as President of the Pope County Bar Association. He has attended the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's program in arts and skills of trial advocacy. He regularly attends continuing legal education seminars to keep abreast of changes in the law. He is a native of Atkins, AR and his wife, Susan, is a native of Russellville. They have two sons and one daughter.
